Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly.
This is why we ask you to co-operate with the following cancellation policy:

• A minimum of 10 days’ notice from check in time for the cancellation/amendment of a reservation without charge is requested.
